Release 1.00-RC1

This is release candidate 1 (RC1) for Ddr-Z8e version 1.00. Updated code and documentation of modules TMR (timer), TCK (ticker) and TXT (simple integer to text conversion) to support ZDS 4.11.0 and Z8 Encore! XP 642 and compatible hardware.
